In the application, I could see Piotr leaving his meeting at 5:15 pm, but at 6:00 pm he parked next to the shopping mall and was there for 2 hours. Our company won’t pay for this parking – parking costs for private purposes are covered by employees with their own money.

Find a Parking Space

As part of the premium package, we offer navigation with unique functionality: Find a Parking Space.

The navigation reports as it goes about the status of parking spaces in the selected location. We’re looking for streets for you where there’s a good chance to find a free parking space.

The Find a Parking Space functionality is currently offered in the following cities: Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Gliwice, Katowice, Kielce, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Rzeszów, Sopot, Szczecin, Warszawa, Wieliczka, Wrocław. We’ll keep you updated on launching functionalities in other cities.

Do Not OverPay (iMoved)

When you have left the parking space, the system will remind you about the end of the parking fee. Thanks to this, you won’t pay more than necessary.

Find Car

You can easily find your car in the parking lot. The app will show you the exact spot where your car is parked. All it takes is saving the location of your car while parking.

The AnyParkPlus package can be purchased even if the payment service with the AnyPark app isn’t available within a given zone or city. It impossible to purchase individual functionalities of the AnyParkPlus package separately.

You may register via any European phone number to our App. Just keep in mind that due to security reasons we block traffic from outside of Poland. If you are now outside of Poland the access is blocked, but when you connect to the Polish network via roaming the App will be accessible.

You may register right now when you enter AnyPark.pl. Only the payment method will be blocked. You will have to add the banking card directly from the App.

The easiest way is to add the banking card. If you prefer to use the prepaid account please be informed we may refund only to the Polish IBAN's.

In Poland big cities often have many zones. We communicate with the GPS module mounted in a mobile device.

1. Enable Background Location Access
To allow the AnyPark app to use GPS data correctly, ensure that background location access is enabled:
• Go to your smartphone's system settings.
• In the permissions section for the AnyPark app, select “Allow all the time”.
• Alternatively, you can uninstall and reinstall the App to confirm the settings when logging in.

2. Update the App
Check if you have the latest version of the AnyPark app:
• Open the Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS).
• Search for the AnyPark app and tap Update if a new version is available.

3. Perform Manual GPS Calibration
Before starting a parking session, perform a manual location calibration:
• On the app's main screen, locate the GPS symbol (top right corner).
• Tap the symbol to calibrate your location.

4. Check the Parking Zone
To ensure you've selected the correct parking zone:
• On the main screen, tap the coloured area on the map to display the name and pricing for that zone.

5. Confirm Your Location After Tapping “Park”
After pressing the “Park” button:
• Another map will appear, allowing you to zoom in or out (use a two-finger pinch gesture).
• Verify that the pin indicates the exact location where you parked your vehicle.
• Tap the area on the map to confirm the selected zone or parking lot.

To help resolve the issue, please check the following:

“Name” field:
Make sure your phone number isn't automatically entered in the name field (some Android models may do this by default).
Remove any spaces at the beginning or end of the name and surname fields.
Banks often reject data containing extra spaces.

Card details:
Check the card's expiration date (MM/YY format).
Verify the CVV code (3 digits on the back of the card, or 4 digits on the front for Amex).

Card type:
For business cards, please provide the cardholder's personal information, not company information.

After checking the above, if the issue persists, please send a screenshot of the error message to kontakt@anypark.pl. This will help us diagnose the issue more quickly.

You decide when to start and end your parking session. However, we will always automatically stop your paid parking session when the selected location ends collection for the day. For 24-hour parking lots, the maximum parking session time automatically ends after 24 hours.

You can initiate a parking session up to 24 hours before the official start of fee collection in a given zone. This allows you to conveniently plan your parking in advance. Example: if the zone is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM today, your “No limit” parking session will automatically stop at 5:00 PM. Another session for the next day can be started the same day at 5:01 PM. The parking process must be initiated again the following day at 5:01 PM, and so on.
