Introduction
The AnyPark mobile app is a modernised version of the Pango app, which enables quick vehicle parking using mobile devices, without the need to use a parking meter or take tickets from an entry terminal.
The app supports both personal and business accounts. Available payment methods:
- Top-up of a prepaid account (BLIK, fast "pay-by-link" transfer or payment card)
- Payment by adding the parking session cost to your mobile phone bill (Polish operators)
- Direct payment card charge
Registration & Login
Registration in the AnyPark system is done using an active mobile phone number – registered in Poland or abroad (EU, United Kingdom, Ukraine, USA, Israel).
- 1Launch the AnyPark app. On the start screen, tap the LET'S GO button.
- 2Enter your mobile phone number preceded by the country code. The number must be correct – you will receive a 4-digit SMS verification code on it.
- 3Press the NEXT button.
- 4Enter the received 4-digit verification code. If the code has not arrived, select RESEND CODE.
- 5Accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and the GDPR Information Clause. Marketing consents are optional.
- 6Select CONFIRM.
- 7Optionally: sign up for the newsletter by pressing I WANT TO RECEIVE THE NEWSLETTER, or select START to proceed directly to the main screen.
Closing the AnyPark app does not log you out automatically. If you relaunch it, all data (vehicles, drivers, cards, invoices, account balance) will be saved.
If you need to log in again (e.g. on another device):
- 1Launch the app and select LET'S GO.
- 2Select the country code and enter your phone number.
- 3Enter the received verification code, accept the terms and press CONFIRM.
- 4Select the appropriate user from the list (swipe left or right) and tap CONTINUE. The account type (personal / business) is shown below the name.
- 1Open the main menu (button in the top-left corner or swipe from the left edge of the screen on Android).
- 2Under the Account category, select the Create business account tab.
- 3Fill in the Enter VAT number field and confirm with the CREATE button.
A business account can be switched back to a personal account at any time via Account → CHANGE ACCOUNT.
- 1In the main menu, under the Account category, select Company data.
- 2Fill in all company data fields.
- 3Confirm with the SAVE button.
The app allows switching between accounts (personal and business) belonging to the same user.
- 1Go to the main menu.
- 2Select Account → CHANGE ACCOUNT.
- 3The next screen shows all your accounts. Choose the appropriate one and press CONTINUE.
- 1Go to the main menu.
- 2Scroll to the very bottom of the menu and select LOG OUT.
- 3Confirm by selecting YES.
Logging out does not delete your account. On the start screen you can register a new account or log in to an existing one.
If you are only taking a break from using the app, simply uninstall it from your device – the account remains active and you can return to it at any time.
To permanently close your account:
- 1Go to the main menu → Account.
- 2Scroll to the very bottom and select DELETE ACCOUNT.
- 3Confirm by selecting CONFIRM, then YES.

Driver Data
The app allows you to enter details for multiple drivers, all linked to a single account.
- 1Open the main menu → Vehicles & Drivers (General category).
- 2In the Drivers section, tap the add (+) button.
- 3Fill in the fields: first name, last name, phone number.
- 4Select SAVE. The new driver will appear on the list.
The driver's phone number must be different from the one used to register the account. Multiple drivers with the same name can be added, provided the phone numbers differ.
- 1Go to the menu → Vehicles & Drivers.
- 2Find the driver on the list and tap their profile to open the edit view.
- 3Change the details and select SAVE.
- 1Go to the driver list in the menu → Vehicles & Drivers.
- 2Next to the driver's profile, select the trash icon (delete).
- 3Confirm by pressing OK. The list will be updated.
Vehicle Data
The app lets you create a list of vehicles with full details. To park, you must have at least one vehicle entered.
- 1Open the main menu → Vehicles & Drivers.
- 2Tap the add (+) button in the vehicles section.
- 3Fill in the fields: registration number, name, vehicle type, country of registration.
- 4Optionally link a Bluetooth device (required for the "Do Not OverPay" feature).
- 5Select SAVE.
The first two vehicles are shown on the list. If you have more, press SEE MORE.
- 1Go to the vehicle list in the menu → Vehicles & Drivers.
- 2Tap a specific vehicle profile to open the edit view.
- 3Change the details and select SAVE.
- 1Go to the vehicle list.
- 2Next to the vehicle profile, select the delete button.
- 3Confirm by pressing OK. The list will be updated.
Payments
AnyPark users can pay for parking and car wash in two ways: by topping up a prepaid account or via postpaid payment.
A top-up lets you accumulate funds in your account. Minimum amount: 10 PLN, maximum single top-up: 300 PLN.
How to top up: Main menu → Account → Prepaid account → select a payment method.
4.1.1 Payment card transfer:
- 1Select Bank card.
- 2Choose the amount and press NEXT.
- 3Enter your payment card details and click OK. The account balance will be increased.
4.1.2 Automatic top-up from a payment card:
Topping up the prepaid account with a payment card allows you to enable automatic top-up directly from the card. When the balance starts running low, it will automatically be topped up to the amount of the last manual top-up.
- 1Select Bank card.
- 2Check the Automatic top-up option.
- 3Choose the amount and press NEXT.
- 4Enter your payment card details and click OK. The account balance will be increased.
4.1.3 Fast transfer or BLIK:
- 1Select Fast transfer or BLIK.
- 2Choose the amount and press NEXT.
- 3Enter an e-mail address for confirmation and select CONFIRM.
- 4You will be redirected to the payment page. After authorisation, the account balance will be updated.
Postpaid (subscription) payment involves automatic, recurring charges for parking, car wash and AnyParkPlus from a card or phone bill.
Access: Main menu → Account → Postpaid payment.
4.2.1 Card payment:
- 1Select the Card payment option → NEXT.
- 2Enter the correct payment card details and press SAVE. After reloading, the message "Card updated" will appear.
4.2.2 Add to phone bill:
- 1Select the Add to mobile phone bill option → NEXT.
- 2Enter the mobile phone number linked to your operator.
- 3An SMS with an activation code will be sent to that number. After verification, select SAVE.
Starting Parking
Parking is started with the PARK button on the main screen. Select the city, parking zone and vehicle, then decide how time should be counted.
- 1Perform a manual location calibration: on the main screen, find the GPS symbol (a "crosshair" icon in the upper right part of the screen) and tap it to force a connection to the GPS module. Where do I find it?
- 2To make sure the correct parking zone is selected, tap the coloured area on the map on the main screen – the name and tariff of that zone will be displayed.
- 3After pressing the Park button, a map will open. Check that the pin points to the exact vehicle location (e.g. street name). You can zoom in and out with a two-finger pinch gesture. Tapping an area on the map confirms the selected zone or car park.
- 4Press NEXT and proceed to the parking session billing screen.
The No limit option lets you start a session and end it at any time. The session ends automatically when the paid parking time in the given zone expires.
- 1Select the No limit option and click CONFIRM.
- 2Verify the details (city, zone, vehicle) and make sure the area supports AnyPark.
- 3Click START. The parking time is counted on the STOP button.
- 4To end, press STOP → END. A parking summary will be displayed.
- 5Close the summary with the CLOSE button.
The With limit option lets you set the parking duration or maximum cost in advance.
- 1Select the With time limit option.
- 2Use the slider to set the parking time or use the suggestions, or set the parking cost.
- 3Click CONFIRM, verify the details and select START.
- 4To end early, press STOP → END. Pressing CANCEL continues the session.
The app allows paying for parking for multiple vehicles at the same time.
- 1During an active session, tap the vehicle icon with the registration number (top right corner).
- 2From the displayed list, select the next vehicle and confirm the parking information.
- 3The list of vehicles with an active session will be updated.
Available only in Set time or cost mode.
- 1During an active session, select the Extend stay option on the main screen.
- 2Choose additional time or cost and press EXTEND STAY.
- 3Verify the information and confirm with the EXTEND PARKING button.
The Parking history tab shows parking sessions and car wash payments from the last 30 days. Click a specific payment to see details.
Access: Main menu → Payments → Parking history. The view can be toggled between parking sessions and car wash payments.
Vouchers
The AnyPark app supports promotional codes (vouchers) that can be used to pay for parking.
- 1Open the main menu and select Redeem voucher.
- 2Enter the promotional code in the designated field.
- 3Select REDEEM VOUCHER.
After successful authorisation, the code will be used automatically during the next parking session.
Messages
The Messages tab contains system notifications sent by the app.
AnyParkPlus Premium Services
AnyParkPlus is a paid subscription that extends the app with advanced features. Individual features cannot be purchased separately – after purchase you receive the full package. Simply installing the AnyPark mobile app does not activate the AnyParkPlus Premium Package – this service requires a separate action.
It can be activated in two ways:
- Tap the Do Not OverPay icon (or another AnyParkPlus feature) on the main screen.
- Open the main menu and select any premium feature from the AnyParkPlus list.
- 1Swipe the screens presenting AnyParkPlus benefits to the right to review the offer.
- 2On the last screen, select ACTIVATE ANYPARKPLUS.
- 3After successful activation, a confirmation screen will be displayed. Return to the main screen with the Back button.
Seven days before the end of your first free billing cycle, you will receive a notification stating: "Hello, your free AnyParkPlus subscription ends in 7 days".
You will receive subsequent notifications one day before the start of each new billing cycle, stating: "Your AnyParkPlus subscription is about to be renewed".
Copies of all notifications are archived and available in the "Messages" section of the AnyPark Mobile App.
The Do Not OverPay (iMoved) feature activates automatically when a parking session starts and sends a notification when you drive away from the parking spot without ending the session.
It detects departure when:
- The user is more than 10 km from the parking location.
- The vehicle is moving at a speed above 30 km/h.
- A Bluetooth device linked to the vehicle is detected.
How to enable:
- 1Tap the Do Not OverPay icon on the main screen or go to the menu → AnyParkPlus services list.
- 2Enable the feature by toggling the switch.
- 3Optionally: enable Bluetooth and pair your vehicle's Bluetooth device for more precise detection.
The feature reports real-time parking space availability (updated approx. every 5 min). Data is collected anonymously from car navigation systems, mobile networks, car-sharing systems, IoT, satellites and urban traffic monitoring.
Colour system:
- Green – high probability of finding a space.
- Orange – moderate probability.
- Red – low availability, low chances.
- Black – parking prohibited (B-36, taxi bays, closed zones).
Layers – map view filters:
- I'll park here – compact view: only green and orange areas.
- Show me everything – detailed view: all colours including red and black.
- Zone boundary – SPP and closed SPP boundaries. Tap an area to see the tariff.
Navigation to a spot:
- 1Tap Find Parking on the main screen.
- 2Enter the destination address.
- 3Select NAVIGATE (guides to the street with the highest availability) or PARK NEARBY (searches for a free space in the vicinity).
- 4At any time, press START PARKING → confirm details → NEXT.
The invoices module allows you to manage VAT invoices and receipts for parking, car wash, motorways and AnyParkPlus. Documents are available by the 15th day after each month closes.
Accessing invoices:
- 1On the main screen, select Payment history.
- 2A list of accounting documents will be displayed.
- 3To download a PDF – click the download icon. To send by e-mail or to the cloud – use the share icon.
Changing the period: Click Start date, select a date from the calendar and confirm with OK.
A service for business accounts with AnyParkPlus. It allows managing a group of vehicles from within the app and setting restrictions:
- Time-based – specific days of the week and hours during which a vehicle may park.
- Geographic – designation of the city in which the vehicle may park.
The feature saves the location of your parked vehicle. Once activated, the app will show the precise position of the vehicle on the map.
- On iOS, there is an option to take a photo of the vehicle's surroundings, which will be saved in the Find My Car tab.
- The service can only be activated during an active parking session.
The mode improves the visual quality of the "Find Parking" feature maps for people with colour vision deficiencies.
Access: Main menu → Account → Parking availability colours.
Available filters: Tritanopia, Deuteranopia, Protanopia. To return to default values, select Standard.
- 1Open the main menu → Account.
- 2Press End your AnyParkPlus plan.
- 3Confirm with the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button.
The AnyParkPlus package remains active until the end of the paid subscription period.
Car Wash
With AnyPark you can find a car wash and pay for a bay directly from the app – no coins or cards needed.
- 1On the main screen, select the Car washes category.
- 2Press the WASH button.
- 3Select the city and car wash. Read the bay operating instructions and click SELECT SERVICE.
- 4Select the appropriate bay from the list of available bays.
- 5Use the – and + buttons to set the number of impulses. The display shows: number of impulses, price per impulse and total charge.
- 6Press Pay. A confirmation will be displayed once the bay is successfully activated.
- 7Close the window with the CLOSE button.
