Parking in Wrocław – key rules (ZDiUM)
The Paid Parking Zone in Wrocław is managed by the Road and City Maintenance Authority (ZDiUM), operated by KBU Sp. z o.o. It covers three areas: ŚSPP Area A (city centre), ŚSPP Area B (inner city) and SPP (adjacent districts). Entry to the zone is marked with sign D-44.
Important: ŚSPP applies every day Mon–Sun from 9:00–20:00, and SPP only on working days Mon–Fri from 9:00–18:00. Payment must be made immediately after taking a parking space. The current zone map can be found at spp.zdium.wroc.pl or in the AnyPark app.

After parking, select the sub-zone and start a session
Select the correct zone (ŚSPP Area A, ŚSPP Area B or SPP) before starting parking. With mobile payment, there is no need to display a ticket on the windscreen.
In Poland big cities often have many zones. We communicate with the GPS module mounted in a mobile device. Before starting a parking session, perform a manual location calibration: On the app's main screen, locate the GPS symbol (top right corner) and tap the symbol to calibrate your location. After pressing the “Park” button another map will appear, allowing you to zoom in or out (use a two-finger pinch gesture). Verify that the pin indicates the exact location where you parked your vehicle (street etc).

FAQ – Wrocław parking zone 2026
In ŚSPP (Area A and B), fees apply every day Mon–Sun from 9:00–20:00, including Saturdays and Sundays. In SPP, fees apply only on working days Mon–Fri from 9:00–18:00 – weekends are free.
In Wrocław, a single tariff applies to all drivers. ŚSPP Area A: 7.00+7.30+7.70 = PLN 22.00. ŚSPP Area B: 5.00+5.20+5.50 = PLN 15.70. SPP: 3.00+3.10+3.30 = PLN 9.40. With the "Don't Overpay" feature in AnyParkPlus, you pay only for the time actually spent in the parking zone.
In Wrocław, there are three zones: ŚSPP Area A (city centre, PLN 7/h), ŚSPP Area B (inner city, PLN 5/h) and SPP (adjacent districts, PLN 3/h). The zone is managed by ZDiUM Wrocław through the operator KBU Sp. z o.o.

With mobile payment, there is no requirement to display a ticket on the windscreen. In some situations, an "I'm parking with AnyPark" card may however make it easier for inspectors to quickly verify the payment.
Parking fees in paid parking zones are not subject to VAT if the service is provided by the municipality and the parking is classified as a public road. This applies to all payment methods – parking meter tickets and mobile payments via AnyPark. Accounting receipts for parking sessions are available in the mobile app or web account.
Electric vehicles (BEV) are exempt from parking fees in paid parking zones under the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels. This is a nationwide regulation applicable throughout Poland, including Wrocław. The rules apply until the end of 2027.
