Parking in Poznań – key rules (ZDM)
The Paid Parking Zone in Poznań is managed by the City Roads Authority (ZDM). It covers three areas: ŚSPP Centre (Old Town – red colour), ŚSPP Jeżyce, and SPP (Wilda, Łazarz and surroundings – blue colour). From 1 September 2025 two fee tariffs apply – preferential for Poznań taxpayers (OK Poznań programme) and standard for all other drivers.
Important: If you are a registered Poznań resident and pay taxes to the city, register in the OK Poznań programme and add your vehicle registration number to benefit from preferential rates. Check the current zone map at zdm.poznan.pl or in the AnyPark app.

Before starting a parking session, perform a manual location calibration: On the app's main screen, locate the GPS symbol (top right corner) and tap the symbol to calibrate your location. After pressing the “Park” button another map will appear, allowing you to zoom in or out (use a two-finger pinch gesture). Verify that the pin indicates the exact location where you parked your vehicle (street etc).

Preferential rates are available to registered Poznań residents who pay taxes to the city of Poznań. You need to create an account in the OK Poznań programme and add your vehicle registration number. The discount applies from 1 September 2025.

When paying via mobile app there is no requirement to place a slip behind the windscreen. In some situations, however, a "Parking with AnyPark" slip may help the inspector verify payment more quickly.
Parking fees in paid parking zones are not subject to VAT if the service is provided by the municipality and the parking area is classified as a public road. This applies to all payment methods – tickets from parking meters and mobile payments via AnyPark.
Electric vehicles (BEVs) are exempt from parking fees in paid parking zones under the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels. This is a nationwide regulation applicable throughout Poland, including Poznań. The rules apply until the end of 2027.
